No Results Filters
A "no results" empty state that explains why: active filters become chips you remove one by one, "Clear all" brings the list back, and the filter bar above toggles them again from the keyboard.
No dependency: paste the HTML into your page, the CSS into your stylesheet, and the JavaScript into a function that receives the parent element (root).
